ARTISAN CAKE BASED ON HAZELNUTS AND CHOCOLATE
The truffle cake was created to give a new image to the classic sweet truffle. So, we put together the same ingredients in two different ways: dark and white chocolate. The traditional ingredients, the PGI hazelnuts from Piedmont amount to 55%, the rest is chocolate. We have the clearer version with dark chocolate coated with cocoa powder or the sweeter version with milk chocolate finely coated with powdered sugar.
